Rules of Le Banc
Guidelines for a comfortable stay for everyone
TIME
Please vacate the room before 11:00 AM on the check-out date. Staying in the room after 11:00 AM will incur additional charges.
KEEP QUIET
Please be considerate when returning late and keep the noise level down after 11 p.m.
SILENT MODE
Please switch your phone to silent mode at night and don't talk to phone inside of rooms at night.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Any racist, sexist, homophobic, discriminatory, violent, or aggressive behaviors that threaten or harm others or damage property will not be tolerated.
DRINKING
You may bring your own drinks and enjoy them in our common areas, but please be respectful to yourself and others.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
It is not allowed to bring food and drinks to the rooms, except for water.
ROOFTOP
We have a beautiful rooftop; please enjoy your time there but be considerate of our neighbors.
BEDS AND COVERS
If you wish to change your bed or room, or need to switch your covers, please inform us.
SHOES
If your shoes smell bad, please keep them in a bag (you can request a bag at the reception).
VISITORS
Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. Please use our common areas for socializing and meetings.
SMOKING
Smoking inside the building will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Feel free to smoke on the rooftop.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Guests will be held responsible for reimbursing Le Banc for any damage caused by inappropriate behavior during their stay.
BELONGINGS
Please store your valuable belongings (money, jewelry, computers, etc.) in the provided boxes in your rooms. If you don't feel safe, you can leave them at the reception. We are not responsible for any belongings that are not left at the reception.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of rule violations. Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all our guests.
